Here I go again. Starting right now. Back on track even tho I ate carbs for breakfast I’m not messing up at lunch or dinner. I got this. I have 30 more pounds to lose. Negative self talk Be Gone!
I can hang in there. I know I will feel better if I give up the sugar and crap carbs!
So far I haven’t really crashed due to no sugar and refined carbs. I hope it doesn’t happen today. I purposely started on Saturday so I would crash on the weekend and not at work. Oh well maybe I won’t crash at all.
