I want to run again. I know I need to lose at least 20 more pounds. So I will be specific:
This week I will exercise everyday and no added sugar. 
That is only 2 specific things I know I can do it.

Annnd One More Time!

Here I go again. Starting right now. Back on track even tho I ate carbs for breakfast I’m not messing up at lunch or dinner. I got this. I have 30 more pounds to lose. Negative self talk Be Gone!
I can hang in there. I know I will feel better if I give up the sugar and crap carbs!
