Day 2

I stayed on track yesterday! I’m ready to get to the next digit! 150. I can do it. Today will be great. I just have to remember my BIG WHY!

Starting Over

So I was doing so good. Then came Christmas and all the crap that goes with it. So...... today is day 1
Remembering the BIG WHY!
I want to run with Nonie again. I still need to lose 30 more pounds. So it starts again today. 
I can do this!
I’m worth it!

Day 3

So far I haven’t really crashed due to no sugar and refined carbs. I hope it doesn’t happen today. I purposely started on Saturday so I would crash on the weekend and not at work. Oh well maybe I won’t crash at all.

Day 2

I got this. 
Did good today. They had popcorn at church. I didn’t even want any. 
Made my menu for this week meals. 

Starting Today

Today is the day!
Back on track with healthy food choices and exercise.  I know if I ever want to run again I need to get this weight off. So today is the day. 
As I sit here helping with our church’s 5k run I’m determined to be running it next year. 
I did it Day 1!
Went for Mexican no chips. Drank water no flavored tea.
