Starting Today

Today is the day!
Back on track with healthy food choices and exercise.  I know if I ever want to run again I need to get this weight off. So today is the day. 
As I sit here helping with our church’s 5k run I’m determined to be running it next year. 
I did it Day 1!
Went for Mexican no chips. Drank water no flavored tea.
